The site ID sign was in place at the entrance to the access road.  The access road was in good shape.  Two small pits are in place at the site.  Thea area around the pad is being mowed for hay. The site as observed today looks stable enough to approve the well site restoration request. The Operator is reminded to continue to operate and maintain the BMP's and to perform the required weekly site inspections and inspections after each rain event as per Chapter 102.4 (b)(5)(x) and keep written documentation of each inspection for the Department to review if requested.  Be sure to seed and mulch disturbed areas if not working at the site for a period of four consecutive days.

The original permit for the HOEHN 1048 TO CRABLE 8 PIPELINE ESCGP-EXPEDITED was issued on 05/11/2012 (Authorization ID 922202).

Authorization 1034610 above is listed as site "PRITTS UNIT 2 OG WELL", but the permit number belongs to PRITTS UNIT 3H.

The SkyTruth data feed of NRC reports appears to be down. (Since February??) So we don't have access to the NRC report that triggered the inspections for Wolf 27. OpenStreetMap seems to have the wrong name for Volek Rd, calling it Cagy Rd.

The notation in the inspection reports for the Hoehn wells that they are setting up to frack is interesting. There appears to be no reliable place on-line to find out where wells are currently being fracked. The notation about fracking for these wells is probably a coincidence.

DEP defines an environmental justice area as "any census tract where 20 percent or more individuals live in poverty, and/or 30 percent or more of the population is minority". (See:

This compilation from the above sources was done by hand using copy and paste and may omit relevant permits.

Does not currently include water supply permits. Does not include landfill permits even though many such are for Marcellus Shale waste. (It is not possible at this time to distinguish which landfill permits are for Marcellus Shale waste and which are not without doing File Review for each permit.)

Erosion & Sedimentation permit records do not currently include latitude and longitude. Where I am publishing latitude and longitude with E&S permits it is by inferring an associated well permit and using published latitude and longitude for the well. It is possible I may be inferring the wrong well site.

Municipalities are shown from eFACTS records on the DEP web site. The DEP has been known to list a municipality incorrectly.
