Notes:
According to their web site, the Oilfield Products division of Dynamic
Materials Corporation "manufactures, markets and sells specialized
explosive components and systems used to perforate oil and gas wells".
Coldren 2, which is being plugged, is a conventional well. The drill
& operate well permit dates from 07/01/2004. Since the large number
of orphan wells are a Marcellus Shale issue, it seems reasonable to me
to note well plugging permits even if they are older conventional wells.
The authorization 947018 received on 10/17/2012 for Shamrock Compressor
Station is for an *extension* of the *existing* permit (26-00588) --
*not* the "new" permit, 26-00588A on which the hearing on 10/30/2012 is
being held. It is curious that they are applying for an extension of
the existing permit at the same time as the hearing for the new permit.
Perhaps they anticipate delays receiving the new permit.
This is the second time a permit application has been submitted for
SANFILIPPO WELL SITES ESCGP-EXPEDITED -- an earlier one
(ESX12-051-0008) was withdrawn.
When the previous issue of this bulletin was published, links were not
available where they were supposed to be for DEP's Technical Guidance
