Notes:

The DEP continues to list the Shamrock Compressor Station incorrectly in Menallen Twp, it should be German. For some reason the compression engines and assoicated oxidation catalysts at Shamrock are listed as #s 4-9. Not clear what happened to 1-3.

Authorization ID 898634, HAMBORSKY UNIT 13H, is listed in eNOTICE but apparently has been *deleted* from the eFACTS database. This may be an operator error at DEP.

A surprising number of permits are showing up marked in eNOTICE as "overdue". DEP is not keeping up with permits of type "Alt Waste Mgmt Practice Land Application on Well Site".

We need to pay close attention to permits of type Alt Waste Mgmt Practice Land Application on Well Site. We are seeing such permits following upon violations for spills.

eNOTICE records are likely to list the same permit multiple times, as that permit moves through the DEP process.

Oil & Gas Wells designated with a site a number and the letter H typically designate horizontal wells.

Well Details may not show any information for new permits and will not show permits which have not yet been issued. Lookup for Well Details is by permit number.

Township  Supervisors receive information regarding Erosion & Sedimentation permits, and these records may be reviewable at township municipal offices.
