The Range Resources Voytek Compressor Station was evidently built in 2008 with no Air Quality Permit having been applied for. Inspection ID 1707237, 05/19/2008, resulted in a fine of $10,000.

The location for the well site BAILY 8-17 H WELL SITE ESCGP-2 EXPEDITED was approximated as the center of the property map for parcel     19-24-0004, verified against the DEP location for the well BAILY 5 OG WELL. DEP does not publish latitude / longitude for well "site permits" -- i.e. E&S permits for well pads -- and is no longer publishing latitude / longitude for well permits that have not yet been issued.

The Estimated Location shown for SR-4007 WATER INTAKE is inferred from the Fayette County Planning Commission agenda for September, 2013, at the approximate closest point between Rowes Run Road and Redstone Creek. (eFACTS does not give an eMapPA link.) Sara Rosiek, Director of Planning, Zoning, and Community Development for Fayette County, informs that this facility will require a Special Exception for Public / Private Works from the Fayette County Zoning Hearing Board.

DEP defines an environmental justice area as "any census tract where 20 percent or more individuals live in poverty, and/or 30 percent or more of the population is minority". (See:
